At Urban Musiala, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy is here to assist you.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and customized products are not eligible for returns.

2. Refunds

  • Inspection Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items that are returned damaged or not in their original condition).

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at contact@freshboosted.com with your order number and details.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Lost Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
